One was described above in talking about the food processor custom software system developed but we have also accomplished this with other accounting packages and with other custom-written software.

We wrote from ground-up software that pulls data from CDs containing micro-fiche images and associated tag information and allows the end-user to send the data to their more current optical WORM juke box.

We wrote from ground-up an application that does batch extraction of images/data from an optical WORM juke box and reforms the data per the customer specification.

We finished a software project started by another organization that graphically maps car rental locations. We wrote custom software apps that utilize a product called MapX.

| High-End Call Center Software Integration |
We have written custom software applications in the past that integrate a high-end call center product called Melita into a custom software application. This software project consisted of using a Melita product called MOCHA which allows custom software to be tightly integrated into its call center functions in real-time.

| Screen-Scraping Software |
We have been involved in writing what are called screen-scraping applications that allow data to be scraped from mainframe screens and in turn pumped to other custom software-driven databases.

For our sister Internet company (CanNet Internet Services, Inc.), we wrote internal custom graphical software that handles all our incoming calls, as well as our functions specific to ISPs.
